05/22/2017 OWF Event #122

OWF Event #122
May 22, 2017
Cincinnati, Ohio

The show opened up with Lafter and Lullaby walking down the isle, Lullaby dragging Izzy Laroo behind her by her hair. Izzy didn’t fight, but also didn’t seem quite right.

The three got into the ring where Lullaby took a microphone and announced that Izzy was the newest member of what she liked to call, the Carnival Horror Story.

But before she could say anything else, Hunter Chase jumped out from the crowd armed with a steel chair. Chase slid into the ring and blasted Lafter over the head. He turned to Lullaby, who was now using Izzy to shield herself from Hunter. Chase stopped in his tracks, nearly in tears at the site of Izzy. He called out to her, putting his hand out to her. But Lullaby spit a green mist into Hunter’s face, blinding him. Izzy then leveled Hunter with a kick to the groin. Hunter collapsed to the mat as Lullaby stood behind Izzy, laughing. Apparently Izzy was indeed a part of the Carnival Horror Story.

Travis Graye vs Dexter Murdoch
A tough task for Travis Graye. Dexter had the obvious size and strength advantage. But Travis leveled Dexter with two roaring elbows, and planted him with the Angel’s Wings for the three count.

The scene cut to ringside where the OWF Commissioner Duncan Wright announced that next week at OWF #123 the OWF would welcome it’s newest woman wrestler, Genevieve Quinn who would be taking on OWF rookie Courtney Kennedy.

Rebelle Graye vs Carrie Kilgore
A hard fought and hard hitting match. Rebelle Graye won with a rib buster from the middle rope.

The scene cut backstage where the OWF Champion Deshaun Reed was standing by with Francine Davis. Of course Deshaun was joined by his manager Michael Graham. Francine asked about their OWF Title match against the OWF Network Champion JJ Perry. Deshaun said that he wasn’t worried at all. He said that he was the best pure athlete in the OWF and he would prove it when the two met.

The scene now cut backstage where Francine Davis was standing by with Hunter Chase, obviously still in pain. Hunter said that he couldn’t believe that Lafter and Lullaby would be able to completely brainwash Izzy. He said that he would continue fighting to get Izzy away from the Carnival Horror Story.

Kade Haddix vs Matt Thatcher
This match was Kade Haddix’s official OWF debut. He looked extremely impressive, winning a back and forth match with the Flatliner.

The scene cut to the locker room of the OWF Women’s Champion Juno Frost along with her stablemates Dahlia Ashford and Rosie Erickson. Juno spoke about her match against Caitlin Cruz at Guilty Pleasures. Juno said that Caitlin was young and too inexperienced and that st Guilty Pleasures she would pay the price for stepping up against Juno Frost.

Erika Storm vs Kanako Shintani
Yet another hard hitting match at OWF #122. Kanako hit her Shining Wizard, but Erika kicked out. Shintani went for the Emerald Flowsion, but Erika escaped and hit a big Spear. Storm then hit the Stormy KO for the three count.

On May 28 Full Force Pro will present Guilty Pleasures. For the past few years, Guilty Pleasures has been the exclusive all-women pay-per-view of Full Force Pro. FFP will continue this tradition in 2017, featuring the best woman wrestlers on this planet. Whether you see it live in San Diego, or watch it on the FFP Network, you won’t want to miss it!

Currently on the card, Giovanni Gotch will defend the FFP Women’s Title against Britain Jade, Lizzy Kraven will defend the HONOR Women’s Title against Aubrey Moresi and much more!

The scene cut backstage where Amber Moxley was walking down the hallway, and suddenly got attacked from behind by her former tag team partner Kimber Stiles. Stiles proceeded to Powerbomb Amber through a table before officials intervened.

SHI Mega w/ Malaya Diyosa vs Roxi Haacke
A dominant performance by SHI Mega. After planting Roxi with the SHI Don’t Care, SHI made the cover and got the three count.

After the match Malaya joined SHI in the ring. However Jaqueline Aulstrike rushed to the ring and laid both of the superstars out. After hitting both with huge clotheslines, Jaqueline hit both with the Pop-Up Powerbomb. She had got the one-up on Malaya and SHI!

Nick Novak vs Trey Hawkins
An outstanding match which saw Trey Hawkins hit a beautiful 450 Splash for a two count. He also hit a springboard flying elbow and a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker. Novak made a comeback ducking a clothesline and hitting a lung blower. Nick then hit the SuperNovak for the three count.

After the match the two men shook hands.

OWF Tag Team Titles
(c) Population Control vs Hayden Flowers & Blaine Edwards

Hayden and Blaine came out of their corner on fire, attacking the champions hard and fast. They eventually knocked Able out of the ring and concentrated on Zeke. After a pair of double superkicks, they charged the big man, but got completely flipped over by a monstrous double clothesline.

Able and Zeke dominated afterward, until Blaine took Able down with a missile dropkick, and Hayden hit his finisher, the Frog Splash. Zeke came in to save his partner, attempting a splash, but Hayden rolled out of the way and Zeke landed on his partner.

Blaine next knocked Zeke over the top with a cross body block. Hayden turned his attention to Able, who surprised him by scooping him up and planting him with a spinebuster. Able then pulled Hayden up and delivered a hellacious Powerbomb. He made the pin and there was no way Hayden was kicking out. 1…2…3!

Gary Kearns grabbed the OWF Tag Team Championships and presented them to his team. Population Control continued to be unstoppable.
